The "International Children Medical Research Society" (ICMRS) is a society of independent scientists first time constituted in 1996 under the lead of Bamed AG, headquartered near Zurich, Switzerland. ICMRS initiates research projects about baby products and supports scientists from different nations in carrying out this research.

As a research institute ICMRS has many objectives of which
the two most important are:

1. To enable research in the areas of pediatrics and child dentistry.
2. Open a dialogue between the different disciplines dealing with the health and welfare of infants, babies and small children. It is the intention of ICMRS, for example, to promote dialogue between pediatricians, children’s dentists and scientists from other relevant fields. Specifically, this occurs within the framework of discussions and lecture presentations.
